Nostalgic. Vulnerable. Powerful. Groovy. Melodic. Retro.
The idea behind Pave Me is to sonically portrait the contrast between the feeling of an overload and its resulting urge to pave due to the fast-paced modern world, expressed via the energetic sonics around the vocal and the drops/climax.
Although stuttered synths are at the forefront of modern deep house sound design due to its energetic sonics, I used this sound technique as the 'negative' imperative of the hectic world where the vocals (representing the vulnerable - up to helpless - human) nearly drown in.
The cover artwork, created in Areo's typical line art style, conveys this feeling visually.

Take Care encapsulates the essence of the sun-kissed season, bringing forth a concoction of ear-pleasing sounds and feel-good emotions. Embracing a unique blend of deep house and pop, listeners are invited on an enchanting journey with intricate layers of acoustic instruments and an organic percussion that will instantly transport them to a carefree beachside paradise. The topline of the song promises to be captivating yet deep, making it a delightful earworm that will stay with audiences long after the music stops.

Mellow. Confident. Groovy. Vibey.
My second official remix, originally composed by JackEL, HEART EYES and Art3mis.
Thanks to another remix contest on LabelRadar, I was able to flip the original single into a mellow deep house record made for mostly chilled listening environments. An uplifting atmosphere, epic vocals and the melodic and groovy synthesizers in the drops led me to WIN this contest as well.
